《昆蟲科學》是一本英文期刊，發表有關昆蟲和其他陸生節肢動物的所有研究領域的原創研究文章。在以下任何領域的論文將被考慮:生態學，行為學，生物地理學，生理學，生物化學，社會生物學，系統學，害蟲管理，外來入侵。該雜志的重點是適應和進化生物學的昆蟲從分子到生態系統的水平。此外，還出版了評論、迷你評論和給編輯的信、書評以及有關協會學術活動的信息。

Insect Science is an English-language journal, which publishes original research articles dealing with all fields of research in into insects and other terrestrial arthropods. Papers in any of the following fields will be considered: ecology, behavior, biogeography, physiology, biochemistry, sociobiology, phylogeny, pest management, and exotic incursions. The emphasis of the journal is on the adaptation and evolutionary biology of insects from the molecular to the ecosystem level. Reviews, mini reviews and letters to the editor, book reviews, and information about academic activities of the society are also published.
