由施普林格出版。ISSN: 1539 - 2791。神經(jīng)信息學發(fā)表神經(jīng)信息學新領(lǐng)域的原創(chuàng)文章和評論。重點是在神經(jīng)科學研究的所有領(lǐng)域中，與分析、建模、集成和共享相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)和軟件工具。特別地，我們邀請了以下方面的貢獻:(1)理論和方法論，包括關(guān)于本體、建模方法、數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計和元分析的討論;(2)已開發(fā)的數(shù)據(jù)庫和軟件工具的說明及其分發(fā)方法;(3)相關(guān)實驗結(jié)果，如大量數(shù)據(jù)集發(fā)布的報告;(4)復雜數(shù)據(jù)集成與組織模型的計算仿真;(5)神經(jīng)工程方法，包括硬件、機器人和信息論研究。該雜志還出版了對現(xiàn)有神經(jīng)科學數(shù)據(jù)庫和軟件工具的獨立“測試和評估”，并促進對工具和數(shù)據(jù)共享原則的承諾。該雜志每季度出版一次，包括印刷版和網(wǎng)絡(luò)版。在線版本包括額外的電子材料，如演示、動畫和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)鏈接。所有至少出版第一年的電子出版物將免費提供。

Published by Springer. ISSN: 1539-2791.Neuroinformatics publishes original articles and reviews in the new field of neuroinformatics. The emphasis is on data structure and software tools related to analysis, modeling, integration, and sharing, in all areas of neuroscience research. In particular, we invite contributions on: (1) Theory and methodology, including discussions on ontologies, modeling approaches, database design and meta-analyses; (2) Descriptions of developed databases and software tools, and of the methods for their distribution; (3) Relevant experimental results, such as reports accompanied by the release of massive data sets; (4) Computational simulations of models integrating and organizing complex data; and (5) Neuroengineering approaches, including hardware, robotics, and information theory studies. The journal also publishes independent "tests and evaluations" of available neuroscience databases and software tools and fosters a commitment to the principles of tool and data sharing. The journal is published quarterly both in print and online. The online version includes additional electronic material such as demos, animations, and internet links. All the electronic issues of at least the first year of publication will be freely available.
