臨床語言學(xué)和語音學(xué)包括以下內(nèi)容:言語和語言障礙的語言學(xué)和語音學(xué)從溝通障礙到言語產(chǎn)生和感知理論的數(shù)據(jù)貢獻(xiàn)研究多語言人群、研究不足人群和英語以外語言的溝通障礙言語和語言障礙的語用方面臨床辯證法和社會語言學(xué)兒童、青少年和成人溝通障礙聽力障礙的語言學(xué)和語音學(xué)，手語和唇讀請注意，臨床語言學(xué)和語音學(xué)不包括正常語音或語言發(fā)展的研究，除非有一個實質(zhì)性的部分專門用于研究的臨床相關(guān)的例子。
