《IEEE通訊快報(bào)》在一個(gè)快速的出版周期中出版了短篇論文，介紹了不同媒體和渠道（包括電線、地下、波導(dǎo)、光纖和存儲(chǔ)渠道）通信技術(shù)的最新進(jìn)展。鼓勵(lì)理論貢獻(xiàn)（包括新技術(shù)、概念和分析）和實(shí)際貢獻(xiàn)（包括系統(tǒng)實(shí)驗(yàn)和原型以及新應(yīng)用）。本雜志主要討論通信系統(tǒng)的物理層和鏈路層。

The IEEE Communications Letters publishes short papers in a rapid publication cycle on advances in the state-of-the-art of communication over different media and channels including wire, underground, waveguide, optical fiber, and storage channels. Both theoretical contributions (including new techniques, concepts, and analyses) and practical contributions (including system experiments and prototypes, and new applications) are encouraged. This journal focuses on the physical layer and the link layer of communication systems.
