《植物化學評論》是一份國際評論期刊，每年出版四期經同行評議的論文。該雜志研究了一些熱點問題，其中一些是由歐洲植物化學學會(PSE)和北美植物化學學會(PSNA)組織的會議產生的。該雜志還發表了一些關于植物化學、功能、生物合成、對其他植物的影響、動物生理學和病理學方面的最新研究成果。此外，還討論了這些知識在農業和工業方面的應用。邀請的會議論文與其他綜述論文相互補充，從而全面概述了植物化學所有領域的現狀。主編分別為荷蘭萊頓生物研究所的羅伯特·韋爾普特、德國馬爾堡菲力比斯大學的馬克·彼得森和加拿大溫哥華英屬哥倫比亞大學的萊因哈德·杰特。

Phytochemistry Reviews is an international review journal that publishes peer-reviewed papers in four issues annually. The journal examines topical issues, some of which result from meetings organized by the Phytochemical Society of Europe (PSE) and by the Phytochemical Society of North America (PSNA).The journal also presents original review papers advancing knowledge of plants in respect to their chemistry, function, biosynthesis, effects on other plants, animal physiology and pathology.Also covered is the application of such knowledge in agriculture and industry. Invited meeting papers are complemented with other review papers resulting in a thorough overview of the status of all areas in phytochemistry.The Editors-in-Chief are Robert Verpoorte from the Institute of Biology Leiden, The Netherlands, Maike Petersen from the Philipps University, Marburg, Germany and Reinhard Jetter from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada.
