《細胞增殖》是一本開放獲取的期刊，致力于研究正常和異常狀態下細胞增殖和分化的各個方面;細胞內、分子和遺傳水平的控制系統和機制;化學和物理試劑的改性和相互作用;數學建模;以及新技術的發展。除了原始的研究論文，細胞增殖還發表邀請的評論文章、書評和信件，對以前發表的論文和/或一般感興趣的主題進行評論。

Cell Proliferation is an open access journal devoted to studies into all aspects of cell proliferation and differentiation in normal and abnormal states; control systems and mechanisms operating at inter- and intracellular, molecular and genetic levels; modification by and interactions with chemical and physical agents; mathematical modelling; and the development of new techniques. In addition to original research papers Cell Proliferation publishes invited review articles, book reviews and letters commenting on previously published papers and/or topics of general interest.
