國際期刊《數據分析與分類進展》(ADAC)被設計成一個論壇，為有關從許多類型的數據中提取可知方面的研究和應用的高標準出版物提供了一個論壇。它出版關于諸如分析數據的結構、數量或統(tǒng)計方法等主題的文章;分類、聚類和模式識別方法的研究進展復雜數據建模和大數據集挖掘策略從數據中提取知識的方法，以及高級方法在特定實踐領域中的應用。文章說明了如何通過熟練地使用數據分析方法從數據中獲得新的特定于領域的知識。該雜志還發(fā)表調查論文，概述和闡明特殊方法的基本思想和技術。

The international journal Advances in Data Analysis and Classification (ADAC) is designed as a forum for high standard publications on research and applications concerning the extraction of knowable aspects from many types of data. It publishes articles on such topics as structural, quantitative, or statistical approaches for the analysis of data; advances in classification, clustering, and pattern recognition methods; strategies for modeling complex data and mining large data sets; methods for the extraction of knowledge from data, and applications of advanced methods in specific domains of practice. Articles illustrate how new domain-specific knowledge can be made available from data by skillful use of data analysis methods. The journal also publishes survey papers that outline, and illuminate the basic ideas and techniques of special approaches.
