Published for the Royal Entomological Society. Medical and Veterinary Entomology is the leading periodical in its field. It has an ISI Impact Factor of 0.764 and is ranked 13th worldwide by the ISI among entomology journals overall. The Journal covers all aspects of the biology and control of insects, ticks, mites and other arthropods of medical and veterinary importance. The main strengths of the Journal lie in the fields of: vector biology and transmission dynamics; parasitology and immunology; behaviour; biosystematics; ecology; distribution; environmental, physical, chemical and biological control methods.
