《商業(yè)視野》是印第安納大學(xué)凱利商學(xué)院的雙月刊。編輯的目的是向商業(yè)院士和從業(yè)者出版感興趣的原創(chuàng)文章。文章涵蓋了一般業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域內(nèi)廣泛的主題領(lǐng)域，重點(diǎn)是識別重要的業(yè)務(wù)問題或問題，并推薦解決這些問題的解決方案。理想情況下，文章將促使讀者以新的和創(chuàng)新的方式思考商業(yè)實(shí)踐。《商業(yè)視野》通過發(fā)表在實(shí)踐和學(xué)術(shù)之間取得平衡的文章，填補(bǔ)了該類型商業(yè)出版物的獨(dú)特利基。為此，在商業(yè)視野中發(fā)表的文章都是以學(xué)術(shù)為基礎(chǔ)的，但它們都是以可讀的、非技術(shù)性的格式呈現(xiàn)的，這樣，內(nèi)容就可以被廣泛的商業(yè)受眾訪問。手稿的編寫應(yīng)符合作者的風(fēng)格指南。所有提交文件應(yīng)以電子方式發(fā)送至bushor@indiana.edu編輯處。向Business Horizons提交手稿意味著作者承諾參與審查過程，并在文章被接受時(shí)發(fā)表文章。以前發(fā)表的文章、正在研究中的文章和已有著作權(quán)的文章，不得提交。提交后，作者還同意在審查期間不將手稿提交其他地方審議。所有提交材料的編輯決定均為最終決定。

Business Horizons is the bimonthly journal of the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University. The editorial aim is to publish original articles of interest to business academicians and practitioners. Articles cover a wide range of topical areas within the general field of business, with emphasis on identifying important business issues or problems and recommending solutions that address these. Ideally, articles will prompt readers to think about business practice in new and innovative ways. Business Horizons fills a unique niche among business publications of its type by publishing articles that strike a balance between the practical and the academic. To this end, articles published in Business Horizons are grounded in scholarship, yet are presented in a readable, non-technical format such that the content is accessible to a wide business audience.Manuscripts should be prepared in conformance with the Style Guide for Authors. All submissions should be sent electronically to the editor at bushor@indiana.edu. Submission of a manuscript to Business Horizons implies a commitment by the author(s) to engage in the review process and to have the article published should it be accepted. Articles previously published, those under consideration by another journal, and those with a pre-existing copyright may not be submitted. Upon submission, authors also agree not to submit the manuscript for consideration elsewhere during the review period. Editorial decisions on all submissions are final.
